No dashes for me. It doesn't look good, it's harder to type.

I just bough two domain names for side projects: randomnumber.me and randomletter.me. I had an alternative - random-number.com and random-letter.com were available, but I chose to buy the ones from the much less popular ".me" top level domain because they do not contain dashes.
On one hand having a dash it must be easier for search engines to understand where the first word ends and where the second begins but on the other it might look flighty to human users. This may be pretty subjective personal feeling although right know I cannot think of a worldly popular site with a dash in its name.
What about you? Do you mind visiting sites with a dash in the domain name? Do you easily remember the dash and its position?
