@Nadina_Tasheva which is why I drink a lot of it on a regular basis - just to be sure I get enough of the vitamins and minerals it supplies. I can hold my liquor too, I'm just saying 4 a day, every day, for a long time - is probably a little too much :)
Beer is good for your health! I recently found out what a pleasure it is to drink beer. I've been thinking the way you are, but then I researched some facts and guess what - it brings vitamins B and it even extends life!
I think 4 beers a day is too much. You can calculate the amount of alcohol they contain and see if it's less than what the liver can handle daily, but probably won't look good. I think it'll be on the edge at best.
I kind of struggle to believe drinking this quantity of a "softer" drink does more good than harm.
4 beers is probably too many to drink daily. Probably only an evening for a week with 4 beers is better.
