The best adventure movie ever!
Lord of the rings would be a clear win for me, save for the gay midgets thing :)
I recently ran through the entire saga and this won it my (at least temporary) sympathy. I think Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader's moral evolution may be the major contributor.
Not a big fan of both, but The Lord of the Rings has more suspense in it. And better acting if you date, my precious.
