I'm using LinkedIn. Don't care which one of these two is better.
I didn't know Xing exists and I don't really use LinkedIn - the UI sucks.
Definitely Xing. Although LinkedIn might have more users, its user interface is somewhat more cumbersome. Also their attempt to make it more social-oriented fails in my opinion.
